Description
• Provide product support for ForgeRock Identity Cloud technology • Support provisioning and de-provisioning processes using ForgeRock Identity Cloud UI • Troubleshoot operations issues and resolve bugs • Work collaboratively with developers and business teams • Manage existing IAM infrastructure and provide Level 2/3 support
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business • Minimum 4 years’ experience with ForgeRock Identity Cloud or other Identity Management provisioning systems • IAM certification are desirable but not required
