• About Maisa: AI Research Lab and SaaS startup for autonomous AI workers • Seeking Senior Full Stack Infrastructure Engineer for Site Reliability engineering and platform development • Actively contribute as a hands-on engineer, 60% DevOps and 40% engineering support • Implement and maintain robust SysOps, DevOps & SecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance • Collaborate with development team to improve performance and reliability • Design and maintain scalable systems for high-concurrency and real-time processing • Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure and applications • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the entire stack • Implement monitoring and alerting systems for proactive problem detection • Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support • Continuously integrate new technologies to improve processes

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Golang and Python, familiarity in Rust • Extensive experience with DevOps practices and tools, CI/CD, configuration management, infrastructure as code • Solid SysOps skills, system administration, network management, performance tuning • Experience working with AWS services and ability to handle cloud environments • Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and high-concurrency environments • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAGs), embeddings • Proficiency in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, database management • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
