• Calculate and code offsets and adjusted LTD benefits • Inform Plan Member of overpayment amount with clear explanations • Follow up for reimbursement of overpayment and negotiate repayment plans • Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator
Requirements
• Strong customer service focus; ability to be empathetic while delivering difficult messages • Strong math skills • Very comfortable with Office 365; most notably Excel and Word • Able to read and interpret group insurance contracts • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written • Strong negotiation skills
