• Responsible for overall operations of multiple health centers within their region • Utilize best practices to maximize efficiency within the centers • Meet financial, regulatory compliance and patient & client satisfaction goals • Manage operational costs within budget • Achieve patient satisfaction goals by creating a culture of service excellence • Recruit, select, and train clinical staff while overseeing center staffing • Communicate in a timely and professional manner with team members and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration • 3-5 years of relevant healthcare operations experience • Previous clinical management experience in a physician practice setting or equivalent combination of education and experience
