Description

• As a member of the Corporate Systems IT Infrastructure support team, engineer will be responsible for administering and managing the Citrix platform and related Desktop Engineering. • The ideal candidate will lead with engineering of Desktop OS components of Windows OS and MAC OS to support the business. • Responsibilities include MS Intune, Apple MAC OS and Windows Desktop OS Platform and be well versed with VDI Solutions. • Citrix VDI Administration and Support: Design, deploy, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenDesktop/XenApp) environments. • Perform regular maintenance, patching, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve VDI-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing Citrix VDI environments. • 5+ Years of Experience in Engineering Desktop OS (Windows and MAC) • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management. • Proven experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler), StoreFront, and Citrix Cloud, MAC OS and VDI solutions. • Expertise in configuring and managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Endpoint Manager. • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). • Scripting experience with PowerShell or similar tools. • Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and load balancing. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
