• Join the Antech France Adventure as Finance & Accounting Manager! • Based in Altorf (Alsace) and operating across several locations in France. • Support our development, particularly within the context of the creation of a shared services center. • Play a key role in leading an accounting team dedicated to recently integrated structures. • Preparing statutory financial statements and group reporting for various companies. • Supervising the accounting team, ensuring best practices within the group. • Managing balance sheet accounts, receivables, and payables. • Performing closing entries and documentation in accordance with internal control guidelines. • Integrating new companies into existing closing processes. • Supporting Management Control teams, both nationally and internationally. • Managing ad hoc projects such as system migrations and new process implementations.
• You hold a degree in international accounting (e.g., business school, DSCG, IAE) at a Bac+5 level. • Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a structured multisite group, with prior experience in an audit firm being a plus. • Strong knowledge of accounting and tax law. • Experience in preparing financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and US GAAP. • Proficiency with ERP systems and integrated reporting tools. • Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken. • Structured, autonomous, and proactive working method. • Very strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. • Team spirit and excellent communication skills. • Previous experience in leading a small team is a plus.
