Requirements

β€’ Minimum High School Diploma β€’ Ability to document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely β€’ Quick learner with new technologies and systems β€’ Experience with Salesforce, OMS, and Vonage β€’ High-speed internet access (minimum 100Kbps) β€’ Space free from background noise, interruptions, and distractions β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment β€’ Flexibility for scheduling, including nights, holidays, and weekends β€’ Can adapt to a pet-friendly environment β€’ Passion for helping peers, pets, and customers β€’ Preferred: College degree
