Description
• Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios. • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing. • Document test results and defects in detail. • Mentor QA team members on manual testing best practices. • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team. • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Requirements
• Professional experience in testing web-based applications. • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices. • Ability to work well with QA and developers. • Experience working with JIRA. • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
