• Provide technical and scientific oversight of laboratory testing • Interface with administration, sales force, and vendors • Meet consulting revenue goals • Stay current with advancements in laboratory technology • Ensure laboratory records and documentation are current

Requirements

• Doctoral or Master degree in a laboratory science or Bachelor or Associate degree in a laboratory science, medical technology, or equivalent degree • Certifications/Licensure: ASCP or equivalent certification preferred • Work experience: 4+ years of relevant clinical laboratory experience • Technical laboratory and laboratory consulting experience • Expertise in CLIA and CMS regulatory guidelines • Knowledge of state specific regulatory standards and accreditation organization standards • Experience setting up/supporting existing clinical laboratories • Experience working in a virtual environment
