• Manage the requirements lifecycle for therapy-specific hub program implementations • Capture and analyze manufacturer patient services hub requirements • Ensure patient services hub meets manufacturers' unique needs in specialty drug business • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery • Conduct regular meetings with manufacturers for updates and understanding needs • Maintain project documentation and provide insights for improvement • Support training and development of junior business analysts

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years working experience with pharmaceutical manufacturers in the specialty drug domain • Strong in Salesforce Health Cloud or specialty pharmacy experience • SFDC (Salesforce) Admin certification required • Proven experience in capturing and translating business requirements into technical solutions • Outstanding customer-facing communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • Master’s degree preferred • Experience with cell and gene therapy or other advanced therapies preferred • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards preferred • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus
