• Provide essential service to clients regarding 340B Program software • Interface with customers to handle 340B questions and software functions • Receiving inbound calls, emails, and requests from clients • High-level analytics, reporting, and other support as needed • Build and enhance customer relations for program success
Requirements
• Degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of relevant experience • Product applications support experience • Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and analytical skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills
