Description

• Support data migration efforts for the Department of Veterans Affairs. • Develop and maintain project management plans with performance metrics. • Provide monthly status reports detailing project progress and accomplishments. • Manage workloads of developers and technical administrators. • Analyze business requirements and conduct requirements elicitation. • Develop process models for various information systems. • Lead internal testing, User Acceptance Testing, and manage defects. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for deployment plans. • Create technical user guides and provide end-user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis. • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project management tools. • Experience with lifecycle and project management methodologies, including SAFe, Agile, and Scrum. • Experience interfacing with senior-level stakeholders, demonstrating strong leadership and customer service skills. • Experience with VA or other federal organizations. • Familiarity with Data Migration and Syndication within the VA. • Ability to obtain a Government clearance. • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or any related certification.
