• Manage and optimize Maxio financial operations platform for seamless revenue management. • Configure and maintain custom workflows and reports within Maxio. • Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with regulations. • Collaborate with various teams to align Maxio capabilities with business needs. • Provide training and support to end-users on system utilization. • Serve as primary contact for Maxio-related issues. • Analyze workflows and enhance operational efficiency. • Drive automation initiatives to streamline operations. • Document configurations and processes for transparency and training. • Partner with teams to migrate legacy billing systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of experience administering SaaS-based financial or subscription management platforms (e.g., Maxio, Zuora, NetSuite, Chargebee) • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses is highly desirable • Strong understanding of subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting principles • Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or HubSpot • Familiarity with SaaS Reporting Metrics (ARR, NRR, NDR, etc.) • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Knowledge of financial compliance frameworks (e.g., ASC 606, SOX) is a plus • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues • Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments effectively • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
