Description

• Exciting opportunity for a DevOps Engineer with C# and .NET. • Join IT team on a permanent basis. • Work with customer in power balancing across the UK, ensuring adequate power availability.

Requirements

• Must Have 5+ years experience in C#, ASP.NET, Azure AZ-104 and AZ-204 certificates, or equivalent experience. • A true DevOps mindset, competent at picking up development and/or bugfix tickets during SCRUM sprints or Kanban workflow using best practices with automated unit tests. • Understands cloud infrastructure enough for scripting IaaC, deploying/amending/troubleshooting Azure services. • Experience in work with Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and more. • Nice To Have: Understanding of working with Docker containers and Kubernetes. • Experience in Agile, Azure DevOps Boards and Repos, and building automated CI/CD pipelines (YAML). • Understanding of how Azure works and amending infrastructure via IaaC, ARM/Terraform/Bicep (AZ-104). • Awareness of cost implications of implementing cloud solutions.
