• The Director of Category Management will lead a team to develop and influence category growth strategies. • This role is a primary strategic thought partner to both our retailer partners and Mondelez sales teams. • Develop data-based insights and strategies to grow categories within a set of retailers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive business impact. • Conduct comprehensive omnichannel market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. • Proactively measure both Category and Mondelez performance and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics etc.) • MBA preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in category management within the CPG industry across retail channels. • Solid understanding of the retail marketplace. • Omnichannel experience preferred. • 3+ years in a managerial role or with experience leading teams. • Proven track record of business results, captaincies gained, shelf space gained that resulted in business and category growth. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and communication skills and strong executive presence. • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and external partners. • Leadership experience with a passion for developing talent and building effective teams.
