β€’ The ACSM is responsible for managing the Lifecycle Service business for customer contracts. β€’ Ensuring customer satisfaction with service delivery and execution of service contracts. β€’ Work closely with subcontractors, customers, and Motorola Solutions for peak performance. β€’ Manage contract renewals, reporting, quality issues, and identify areas for improvement. β€’ Act as a liaison for customer management and ensure Service Level Agreements compliance. β€’ Engage in case management, oversee service contracts, and assist with billing issues.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, account management, Motorola services, IT, project management, military experience, or public safety experience. β€’ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. β€’ Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer(s).
