• This Software Engineering position will be a member of the team that develops interfaces between Motorola's products and third party products. • Build and maintain interfaces between Motorola products and third party applications. • Develop and test software interfaces between MSI products (CAD, RMS, Real Time Command & Control, and Analytics) and a variety of 3rd party systems as required to meet customer requirements defined by solution architects. • Interfaces are developed using an Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) architecture with adapters to 3rd party and MSI systems and a transformation layer that includes field mapping, filtering, triggering, and business logic. • Interfaces are implemented using a variety of technologies, including Java, Javascript, NodeJS, C#, and SQL.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related technical field. • 0-3 years of experience with professional software development • 0-3 years of experience with .Net Framework • Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer • Experience with Agile Software Development practices (preferred) • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012+ • Experience using Microsoft C# (preferred) • Experience creating RESTful web services (preferred) • Experience using scripting technologies such as Javascript and Typescript (preferred) • Experience using source control technologies (Git preferred) • Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) (preferred) • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure/GCP preferred) • Experience using Kubernetes (preferred)
