• Develop and execute the product roadmap for battery energy storage products • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, pricing, and positioning • Work with engineering team to develop and launch new products that meet customer requirements • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies and launch plans • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve product performance and satisfaction • Build and maintain key relationships with customers, influencers, and partners • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape for product strategy • Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through feedback and performance monitoring • Define and track key performance metrics for product decisions • Align product strategy with business goals and objectives
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager or similar role • Background in Engineering • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Domain knowledge in Energy storage, EV, Power generation, or Rental power a plus • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Jama
