Description

• Lead execution and optimization of customer relationship management initiatives • Own the customer database platform • Develop and implement CRM strategies focused on customer lifecycle management • Drive improvement across messaging KPIs • Collaborate with IT, Creative, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Customer Care

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in CRM • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field • Strong performer across creative development, data analysis, technical implementation and project management • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of working with data • Intermediate to advanced level in HTML/CSS, SQL, Adobe Analytics, Excel, PowerBI
