Description

•Freebird is on a mission to redefine personal care with our iconic electric head shavers. •Seeking a Director of Conversion Rate & Funnel Optimization with expertise in DTC direct-response marketing. •Responsible for designing, optimizing, and continuously improving our eCommerce funnels. •Lead creation of high-converting landing pages using understanding of customer psychology and persuasive copywriting skills. •Collaborate with CEO, Director of Growth, designer, and developer to drive CRO strategy and optimize conversion.

Requirements

•Proven experience in DTC direct-response eCommerce, with a strong track record in landing page funnel building and optimization. •Expert-level skills in persuasive copywriting and UX design, with the ability to create compelling, conversion-focused content. •Deep understanding of customer psychology and how to leverage it to drive conversions. •Experience leading teams or working closely with designers and developers to bring ideas to life. •A data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimizing, and constantly improving performance. •Creative, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
