Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the cannabis industry. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales lifecycle tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office, OpenAI or like-in-kind AI tools and G-Suite applications. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Detail-oriented, highly organized, persuasive, and able to make data-driven decisions. • Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check. • Cannabis experience or familiarity with the plant and industry
