• This is a home based role with UK travel • Join us on an exhilarating journey as a Product Manager for NEC Housing, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge products for the Social Housing community. • From market assessment through to requirements decomposition, support of build and final test verification, you'll be focused on ensuring that the NEC Housing platform supports our customers meet the challenges they face. • This is your chance to shape and influence NEC Housing products while guiding customers toward best practices. • Future opportunities for growth and progression within the Product Team or the wider business await the successful candidate.

Requirements

• Experience in UK Social Housing, either as a customer or software solution provider. • Experience of asset management, compliance and/or repairs management in the social housing sector • Strong knowledge of project life-cycle, methodologies, and delivering projects on time and budget. • Experience in defining product enhancements, UI/UX design, and Agile new product development. • Experience with housing management systems or related software. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Proven ability to build relationships and understand client perspectives. • Effective time management and resource allocation. • Strong decision-making skills. • Full, valid UK/EC driving license for travel. • Experience in end-to-end product life cycle management. • Experience of designing digital solutions for the social housing sector, including mobile apps and web platforms. • Proficiency in tools like Figma, JIRA.
