• The ‘Onboarding Specialist’ ensures a seamless handover of newly acquired properties from the ‘Sales Department’ to the ‘Operations Department’. • Coordinate and oversee the property setup on all the applicable Company software applications; • Capture property details on required company software systems and spreadsheets; • Ensure all the newly acquired properties are compliant with Country specific regulations such as Wifi, DEWA, AC and gas connections; • Collect necessary documentation and input all necessary information into the property management software; • Ensure property becomes ‘listing ready’ by arranging property inspections, deep cleans, and essential property maintenance; • Carry out various financial administrative tasks such as quote formulation and invoicing; • Create the property listings on the required property booking platforms;
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and/or French • Be technologically savvy – working with various software applications • Business related degree (Preferable) • Property short term rentals work experience • Strong administrative task and management experience • Knowledge of booking platforms such as ‘Airbnb’ and ‘Booking.Com’ • Work experience having worked remotely preferably into the UK, French and/or UAE markets • A proven track record of working independent without the need to be closely managed
