• We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our NeuraFlash Family! • This position will report to and work closely with our Manager of Talent Acquisition. • Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs. • Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including: pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications. • Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies. • Implement ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company. • Maintain Job Posts and assist in the creation of standardizing Job Descriptions. • Create and send out candidate offer letters. • Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team to ensure regular follow-up with candidates and own the candidate experience to ensure it's always positive.

Requirements

• BA/BS preferred. • 1+ year of Salesforce recruiting experience required. • Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting a plus. • Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar). • Excellent communicators, must be comfortable & confident on the phone. • Competitive and goal oriented with an appropriate attention to detail. • Demonstrate a strong work ethic. • Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants. • Works well both independently & as a team.
