Description

• We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to join our team to manage our healthcare software solutions. • As the Director of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in helping define and execute our product strategy, focusing on innovation, customer and user-centric solutions in the industry. • You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance & launch products that improve healthcare delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiencies. • Help define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities. • Champion a customer-first approach by deeply understanding user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance on business case development, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution. • Create a collaborative and innovative environment, ensuring quality and on-time deliverable. • Guide the entire product lifecycle from ideation to product sunset, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements in healthcare IT. • Cross functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions. • Identify new opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive threats with market research. • Continuously improve product performance and user experience utilizing data driven insights • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT professionals, executives, and external partners. • Communicate product strategy, milestones, and performance metrics effectively to gain buy-in and support. • Stay informed about healthcare regulations and ensure products adhere to compliance standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record in product management within healthcare IT, demonstrating progressively increasing levels of responsibility and achievement. • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. • Solid understanding of healthcare IT systems, interoperability standards, EMRs, telehealth, and digital health solutions. • Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
