• The Project Coordinator on the Proposal Team will coordinate business development artifacts, data calls, project plans, and reports. • This position will be key in document management and document library development in SharePoint. • This position requires an experienced professional who is familiar with DoD business development lifecycles and supporting activities. • Successful candidates will have demonstrated expertise using Microsoft SharePoint, Project, Teams, and OneDrive, preferably supporting complex DoD business development projects for a team focused on delivering high volume, timely, and quality work products. • This position will be key in organizing information, facilitating project plans/schedules, and structuring document libraries for current and future proposal efforts. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, is highly desired. • Experience organizing documents using a metadata structure would be relevant to this position and beneficial experience. • Once trained, this position will take the initiative with facilitating project schedules and coordinating data for those proposal plans so being a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills will be essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business coordination, project facilitation, and/or related experience is required. • Experience working with Government contractor providing Information Technology (IT) services highly desired. • Experience navigating Government contract vehicle portals, procurement notices, industry forecasts, and other opportunity websites, such as Deltek GovWin and SAM.gov. • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar program required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. • High proficiency with Microsoft Word to conduct intermediate level functions (Styles, Tables, Page Formatting, Table of Contents generation). • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products, including MS Teams, SharePoint, and Project. • Experience with developing or organizing documentation using metadata structure is desired. • Outstanding English writing and editing skills. • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and deliver high quality work with strict deadlines. • Collaborative, team focus to support cohesive work team. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. • High degree of integrity when dealing with sensitive or proprietary information. • Ability to think critically and possess a strong analytical skillset with a business analysis mindset.
