Description

• Deliver on growth objectives within regional Top and Potential Top OEM and Processor accounts. • Pursue strategies to introduce new technology into key target accounts. • Actively utilize and maintain C4C (CRM) to manage Sales Pipeline. • Proactively drive configured product standardization template to simplify and meet customer needs. • Participate in team meetings and share active information about your Top and Potential Top Customers.

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in business or relevant technology • At least 6 years of experience with a proven track record in managing a set of defined accounts. • A background in selling capital equipment in the plastics industry is required. • Familiar with international business practices with a proven track record of managing customers in The Americas and European OEM • Structured, organized and able to identify the "20%" efforts that yield "80% of results • Strong interpersonal skills • Highly proactive with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. • Passion for Industry, solid relationships and networking
