• North One is seeking a Senior Product Growth Manager to join our high-performing team 🚀. • As a remote-first, venture-backed startup driving the FinTech movement, we’re reshaping financial services and banking for small businesses across America. • You’ll work directly with our leadership team, reporting to our Head of Product. • You’ll join a team of high-caliber professionals from top companies. • This role focuses on optimizing onboarding, engagement, and retention, leveraging product experiments and lifecycle management across digital channels.

Requirements

• Successful experience in Growth Product Management: 5+ years as a Growth-focused Product Manager in B2B or B2C SaaS or FinTech, preferably with experience in product-led growth models (e.g., freemium, trial). • Customer-Driven Mindset: Deep understanding of customer psychology, habit formation, and UI simplification to reduce friction and improve the customer journey. • Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis: Proficient in both data analytics (SQL, A/B testing) and user experience optimization techniques to drive actionable growth insights. • Cross-Team Coordination: Demonstrated ability to align strategies across development, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring streamlined processes and cohesive goal attainment.
