• Lead industrial channel sales in the Southwestern US territory • Promote nVent’s Industrial Heating Solutions • Initiate, maintain, and grow relationships with industrial clients • Collaborate with manufacturer’s rep firms in the region • Work with leadership teams to drive growth strategies • Prepare & present strategic product and services presentations • Update and lead Salesforce.com CRM tool

Requirements

• Academic background in a technical field is helpful • Ideally 5+ years of related work experience in industrial sales • Preference for an electrical sales background • Experience leading 3rd party manufacturing rep agencies or distribution is helpful • Ability to work from a home office and travel 60% of the time • Solid understanding of technical sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques • Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of passion
