Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant experience in retail sales strategy or sales management in CPG • Experience in plant-based or natural products is a plus • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in practical experience • Proven track record in developing successful retail sales strategies • Exceptional influence and negotiation skills • Ability to navigate competing priorities • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Advanced understanding of key financial metrics (ROI, Margin, P&L) • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
