Description

• The Senior IT Engineer reports to the Program Advisor within a technology specialty area. • Works in collaboration with infrastructure architects/engineers/advisors, Enterprise Architects, applications teams, and 3rd party vendors. • The primary focus of this role is on operational capabilities, performance, and resiliency. • Manages the daily operational activities that develop and implement tactical plans for multiple components/processes within IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • 8 years technical engineering experience • Strong analytical data-driven approach to problem solving. • Advanced knowledge of IT technologies, such as endpoint devices, servers, security, network, storage, and telecom. • Project management and process excellence. • Strong interpersonal skills along with proven leadership. • Experience leading large, complex projects across multiple functional departments. • Knowledge of regulatory and contractual compliance is beneficial. • Experience in a complex healthcare organization is beneficial. • Ability to explain complex technical ideas and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences is desired.
