• Enable teams to execute Insulet’s strategic plan. • Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices. • Foster a collaborative environment of continuous improvement. • Help remove impediments that are obstructing the team from achieving their sprint and PI goals.

Requirements

• Scrum Master or comparable certification is required. • 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master. • Broad application of Scrum/Agile/Kanban principles, practices, theories, and concepts. • Strong influence management skills–track record of influencing behaviors. • Experience with Medical Device industry, FDA Knowledge and SAFe framework is a plus.
