Requirements
•At least 6 years of experience in business operations or similar roles •At least 2 years managing teams of 1 or more •Strong technical and analytical aptitude •Python / deep excel experience (it’d be great) •Some technical background and/or experience coding (it’d be great) •Experience managing a global team (it’d be great) •Experience setting up and/or managing 24/7/365 operations (it’d be great) •VC-backed startup experience (it’d be great) •Experience in blockchain and/or DeFi (it’d be great)
