β€’ Serve as primary contact for Rental Team, handling calls and emails. β€’ Provide prompt and accurate responses to insured individuals and agents. β€’ Maintain organized and up-to-date records ensuring accuracy and compliance. β€’ Manage endorsement requests by analyzing and processing policy changes. β€’ Handle bind requests and prepare necessary documentation.

Requirements

β€’ Associates Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field, or extended years of insurance experience in lieu of degree. β€’ Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Teams, and Excel. β€’ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
