Description

• The Graphic Designer for OneWater Marine will support the business with a variety of print and digital design solutions. • As part of the Creative Team, collaborate with other Graphic Designers and Copywriters to develop strategic solutions. • Use Adobe’s Creative Cloud to conceptualize and finalize approved designs. • Design digital graphics for websites, email, social, paid ads, incorporating motion when needed. • Create high-quality print graphics for various solutions. • Implement brand standards for multiple dealer brands. • Stay in-tune with design and technology trends. • Seek continuous improvement in workflow and creativity. • Ensure exceptional attention to detail in all deliverables.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with strong work ethic; ability to work remotely and keep up with deadlines, communicate status updates regularly and provide timely responses during business hours. • Must have current portfolio of design examples across multiple mediums • Has a continuous learning and improvement mindset; develops and maintains a high level of creative industry knowledge • B.A. or B.S. in a related field • 5+ years of graphic design experience with print and digital capabilities • Ambitious, highly skilled, and extremely organized designer • Strong attention to detail, resulting in minimal errors and rework • Highly skilled in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite – primarily InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop • Experience with animation/motion graphics is helpful • Experience shooting and editing high-quality photos and videos is helpful • Ability to write headlines and other calls to action on the fly is helpful • Comfortable with fast-paced environments, quick timelines and changing priorities • Experience with web-based project management and communication systems • Creative problem-solving skills • Experience in retail boating industry is helpful
