• OpenLoop is seeking a Medical Operations Manager to join our dynamic team remotely. • This non-clinical role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our provider workforce. • Responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring provider adherence to schedules, workflows, and productivity metrics. • Proactively identify and address performance issues, providing feedback and corrective actions as needed. • Develop and implement strategies to improve provider engagement and efficiency. • Collaborate with Workforce Management to ensure provider schedules align with patient demand and service goals. • Maintain real-time visibility into provider availability and escalate coverage gaps promptly. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for leadership. • Serve as the main point of contact for providers regarding operational processes and expectations. • Address provider questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Lead daily or weekly check-ins with providers to reinforce priorities and provide operational updates. • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in provider workflows and recommend solutions. • Assist in developing and implementing new operational policies and procedures to enhance provider performance. • Work closely with the Quality Assurance, Patient Experience, and IT teams to resolve operational issues impacting providers. • Partner with HR to onboard and train new providers, ensuring they meet operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare operations role, preferably managing or supporting healthcare providers. • Experience in telehealth or remote workforce management is highly preferred. • Strong leadership and accountability-driven mindset; able to enforce high standards with empathy and respect. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and engaging providers. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Proficient in workforce management tools, scheduling software, and telehealth platforms. • Comfortable with data analysis tools to track and report on performance metrics.
