Description

• Oversee the development team as a Technical Project Manager. • Ensure project timelines, resources, and scope are adhered to. • Lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria. • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management. • Facilitate communication across teams and monitor project performance. • Identify and mitigate risks, adapt plans as necessary. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting post-project reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science. • Experience as Senior developer and/or Tech Lead. • Understanding of networking and security concepts. • At least 3 years of experience leading software development projects in networking or security as a Project Manager. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Proven experience in creating project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
