Description

Define and execute a clear product roadmap for our Operate Tools that aligns with our vision to scale secure blockchain applications to a broader audience. Work closely with Development, Design, Data Team, and other stakeholders to discover and deliver solutions that meet the needs of developers and users alike. Manage the product backlog, prioritize opportunities based on impact, and oversee the end-to-end execution of product initiatives. Establish key performance metrics to guide product decisions and measure success, ensuring that we are delivering value to both developers and the broader ecosystem. Report on progress, identify strategic challenges, and refine product strategies in collaboration with leadership. Engage with developers and ecosystem partners to understand unmet needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch. Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum, and familiarity with the developer tools and communities within the ecosystem. An ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, taking initiative to drive projects forward. Technical background such as a degree in Engineering or Computer Science. Startup experience. Deep care in building technical software products. Experience managing such products from conception to launch. Excellent organization, execution and project management skills, data driven approach to product decisions. Experience writing documentation or producing other content to synthesize technical concepts and communicating them in a clear, simple way. Open Source experience, either working at an open source company, as a creator of an open source project and community or as a contributor to a popular open source project. Ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term vision, aligning product developments with overall company goals. Common sense, low ego, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
