• COMPANY OVERVIEW • Mythic Talent is a leading talent management agency dedicated to representing the best and brightest in the entertainment industry. • Our innovative approach to talent management, coupled with our strong relationships with brand clients, sets us apart in the industry. • POSITION OVERVIEW • The Sales Manager is integral to driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. • This role is designed for a proactive individual who can independently manage the development and execution of business strategies to achieve sales targets. • The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales (specifically inbound), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities involve supporting the company's growth with market research, relationship building, and strategic planning. • Your role will require making decisions on significant business opportunities and contributing to the overall sales strategy. • Lead Management and Conversion • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, guiding prospects through the sales funnel • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company offerings and goals • Tailor presentations and proposals to address client needs effectively • Sales Strategy Development • Collaborate with the team to refine inbound lead generation strategies • Identify key decision-makers in target organizations and foster relationships to advance business opportunities from inbound leads • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize strategies and meet targets • Pipeline Management • Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, update project statuses, and forecast sales accurately • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting for all client activities and deal stages • Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration • Build and maintain partnerships with key industry players, clients, and stakeholders • Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, building trust and understanding their objectives • Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and resolve issues to ensure successful project execution • Client Engagement and Relationship Management • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings and address client needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong attention to detail • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment on significant matters • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Excellent people management skills • Flexible working schedule • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field • 1-2 years of experience in talent management, marketing, campaign management, etc. • Proficiency with Hubspot • Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events • Familiarity with Mythic Talents in general • Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, advertising, and talent management
