Requirements

β€’ Experience: 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales calls, preferably targeting professionals at the manager level and above. β€’ Lead Generation Tools: Experience using tools like Apollo.io or similar platforms for sourcing and qualifying leads. β€’ CRM Proficiency: Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) for documenting activities and tracking sales progress. β€’ Sales Campaign Development: Proven ability to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive new business opportunities. β€’ Industry Experience: Prior experience selling consulting, professional services, or temporary staffing services is highly preferred. β€’ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building relationships and persuading decision-makers. β€’ Results-Oriented: Strong drive to meet and exceed goals, with a track record of success in sales and lead generation.
