β’ Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CMS developer with in-depth knowledge of a specific CMS platform such as WordPress, Drupal, or HubSpot. β’ Proficiency in front-end development languages including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. β’ Experience with templating languages and frameworks relevant to the chosen CMS platform. β’ Proficiency in performance optimization techniques for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and user experience. β’ Expertise in developing custom plugins and themes for CMS platforms. β’ Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. β’ Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. β’ Knowledge of back-end development and database management is a plus. β’ Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) is a plus. β’ Understanding of headless CMS architecture and RESTful APIs is a plus. β’ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions β’ Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively address them. β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus. β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
