Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CMS developer with in-depth knowledge of a specific CMS platform such as WordPress, Drupal, or HubSpot. • Proficiency in front-end development languages including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. • Experience with templating languages and frameworks relevant to the chosen CMS platform. • Proficiency in performance optimization techniques for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and user experience. • Expertise in developing custom plugins and themes for CMS platforms. • Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. • Knowledge of back-end development and database management is a plus. • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) is a plus. • Understanding of headless CMS architecture and RESTful APIs is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions • Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively address them. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
