• Location: Fully Remote (Philippines) • Schedule: EST • Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 USD/month • A dynamic real estate team dedicated to transforming the home-buying experience is seeking a proactive and skilled Marketing Coordinator. • This forward-thinking organization specializes in empowering first-time homebuyers through innovative programs and cutting-edge technology, all while delivering personalized, top-tier service. • In this role, you will play a key part in managing marketing campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, building marketing tools, and analyzing performance to optimize strategies. • You’ll collaborate with an international team, enhance your marketing skills, and contribute to impactful initiatives. • Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: • Set up and manage email drip campaigns to engage potential homebuyers. • Monitor and ensure consistent branding and audience engagement across campaigns. • Data Verification & Partner Coordination: • Verify and update data from agency marketing partners to ensure accuracy. • Communicate with external partners to coordinate marketing activities and address issues. • Marketing Infrastructure Support: • Help build and maintain CRM workflows, content libraries, and dashboards. • Work with the team to improve tools and processes for efficient marketing execution. • Reporting & Analysis: • Create and review marketing reports to measure campaign performance and identify improvement areas. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven strategies for better results. • Creative Contribution: • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content tailored to various audiences. • Contribute ideas for new initiatives to boost engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the real estate or property development sector. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot), email marketing platforms, and graphic design tools is an advantage. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Analytical skills to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
