Description

• Position is remote; must reside within territory or within 60 miles border. • Responsible for managing access and reimbursement strategy within aligned accounts. • Provide in-person education to defined accounts on access and reimbursement topics. • Analyze reimbursement issues and opportunities at local, regional, and national levels. • Engage with cross-functional internal teams to support access and reimbursement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations while maintaining integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech focused in Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, and/or account management. • 2 years in a Patient Services practice support role for specialty products. • Experience with complex practices and health systems for access pathways. • Deep expertise in manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs. • Knowledge of reimbursement pathways (specialty pharmacy, buy-and-bill, retail). • Strong understanding of Commercial payers, Medicare plans, and state Medicaid. • Ability to travel and cover geography, at least 50% travel required.
