Description

• Fully remote position but candidates in Sacramento, CA, or Arlington, VA, preferred for on-site support. • Provide first-level (Tier 1) technical support to internal staff members. • Ability to know when to escalate issues to (Tier 2) support. • Setting up devices and installing applications for new employees. • Manage inventory of PLF’s equipment and licenses. • Assist in new-hire onboarding with technology walk-throughs for new staff. • Deliver instructional webinars and workshops on IT-related applications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of helpdesk or technology support experience. • Prior support experience with both Windows and MacOS systems. • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and OneDrive). • RingCentral, Zoom, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce and Asana is a plus—but not required. • Awareness and understanding of current cyber security threats. • Willingness to earn IT certifications. • Experience and comfort in presenting new technological concepts to small and large groups of varying skill levels (highly preferred, but not required).
