• Paired is a global staffing agency connecting remote work with talent. • Seeking a Client Success Specialist in Criminal Law and Sales. • Provide exceptional support and build strong client relationships. • Manage client relationships in criminal law including consultations and billing. • Utilize sales expertise to upsell and cross-sell legal services. • Handle a high volume of calls and inquiries related to criminal law. • Identify solutions to complex client-related issues. • Explain criminal law services to potential clients and highlight value. • De-escalate situations with compassion and empathy. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure service delivery. • Showcase excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. • Work independently and multitask in a remote work environment. • Stay updated on developments in criminal law to better serve clients.
Requirements
• Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the criminal law industry • Proven sales experience and expertise in upselling and cross-selling legal services • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients • Strong knowledge of criminal law and legal procedures • Up-to-date resume complete with relevant experience, including 1-2 years in a criminal law setting • Cover letter highlighting your skillset and experience in sales and criminal law • Bilingual preferred
