Description
• Partnering with Franchise Business Partners and the Operations Team • Manage new store openings, setting timelines and coordinating with Franchise Business Partners • Ensure new stores’ sales grow and exceed planned Performa levels • Share timely, clear and informative communication with Franchise Business Partners
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred • Five to ten years of progressive operations management experience required with at least three years in multi-unit management required • Experience working with franchisees highly preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of general math, P&L and financial analysis skills • Demonstrated knowledge of operations business including real estate & construction, cash controls, labor/transaction forecasting, employment laws, and marketing • Proficient with FOCUS System or other points of sale system
