Description

• The FSP (Functional Service Provider) Training Specialist is responsible for implementing effective onboarding and training procedures for the assigned FSP programs and providing subject matter expertise for FSP and/or Client systems, processes, and SOPs. • They may support the full training logistics life cycle of a FSP training program or curriculum, facilitate functional and program level onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training, as well as coordination of training delivery activities and tracking training compliance. • They are responsible for liaising with internal departments and FSP account management teams to support process improvement initiatives and promote client and organizational satisfaction through training support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of direct training development and implementation experience is required; biotechnical, pharmaceutical, or CRO experience preferred. • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods required. • Knowledge of the clinical development process, including an understanding of clinical trial management and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles of GCP preferred. • Experience working remotely in a global team environment preferred.
