Description

• Serve as a member of the Digital & Technology Solutions department partnering with Finance areas to support Workday configuration and maintenance. • Develop and implement best practices for Workday system use, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities. • Gather feedback from users, analyze workflows, and implement enhancements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations. • Perform complex Workday configuration changes, create test scripts, and test. • Research, design, test and implement configuration changes resulting in process improvements. • Serve as a lead subject matter expert for Workday financial products. • Manage Workday semi-annual releases and regular updates for Finance modules. • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues. • Investigate, triage, and troubleshoot escalated issues and system outages. • Develop internal training materials for functional and end users on Workday Financial functionality. • Stay apprised of Workday releases and new features and recommend adoption strategies. • Provide mentorship and direction to junior members of the technical team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Accounting, Finance or technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or related technical discipline) • 7+ years of Workday Finance experience or training required • Healthcare Finance functional experience strongly preferred
