Description

• We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead key development initiatives for Punchh. • You’ll partner with our product and technical leaders and a talented group of engineers to deliver quality, scalable, performant solutions. • You will use software development best practices and an Agile methodology to consistently deliver and rely on your experience as a leader to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • You believe that high quality/high performance teams are built on strong relationships, trust and collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years of software development experience • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing software development teams • Experience in a Scrum environment and with agile development principles and practices • Strong technical experience in C# / .NET • Experience with large-scale, distributed, microservice or event-based architecture • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure • Experience with asynchronous architectures and patterns • Strong analysis skills and the ability to synthesize multiple perspectives • A pragmatic approach to solving problems with off-the-shelf tools • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision • Experience working with contractors and remote teams
