Description

This position will be required to work Eastern Timezone (9:00am to 6:00pm ET) • You’ll also be one of the earliest employees at Passthrough and will be a huge part of defining the culture and structure. • Our goal is to make our customers love us and their investors recommend us. • At Passthrough, you will work on onboarding, training, and support. • You’ll be the face of our business to fund managers and their limited partners. • Identifying which questions in legal documents are applicable to individuals or to entities. • Understanding how to take that information and structure it into Passthrough’s software. • Communicating with the team on what’s working and what isn’t. • Ensuring that the final version is consumer-grade.

Requirements

Self-starter and self-motivated to hit deadlines without micro management • Attention to detail • Flexibility to handle work • Helpful • Prior legal experience in the alternative investment space is a plus
